We enjoy collaborating with local organizations on various events where you as a priest are often the face of the church. In the work team, led by our deacon, you are one of about ten colleagues. In the pastorate's three parishes, there are a total of four deacons and six priests, including the chief pastor. We have solid administration and strong finances with a high proportion of members in the parish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A Class B driver's license is required. About Särö Pastorate and Kullavik Parish Our shared vision in the pastorate is "that everyone will find their way to Jesus and have the opportunity to share that discovery with others." Our three parishes—Vallda, Släp, and Kullavik—each have their own parish church and work team with similar yet distinct character and function. We coordinate and co-plan some aspects while maintaining others according to local tradition. Kullavik Church, with all facilities under one roof, is a natural gathering place in Kullavik for all ages. The spaces are warm and welcoming with a casual-friendly Café in the center, always near the church sanctuary as a clear signal of our focus. We have a well-functioning collaboration with schools and youth services and strive to make our work feel relevant to our time. We have many confirmands, children, and parents here. Gryning Seeks Treatment Pedagogues for Awake Night Shift at Hagen in Kullavik

Owned by municipalities – driven by commitment! For 25 years, Gryning has offered HVB and open care for children, youth and families, on-call and family homes, addiction care, supported housing, initiatives against honor-related violence and oppression, and LSS residences. We offer counseling and training and help with placements. Gryning is owned by municipalities in Västra Götaland through four municipal associations. Hagen treatment home is located in Kullavik, 20 kilometers south of Gothenburg, and has two treatment units; Överhuset (7 places for youth 14-18 years old) and Nederhuset (6 places for children/youth 9-14 years old) with 24-hour operations. JOB DUTIES What does the position entail? We work based on a milieu therapeutic approach. As an awake treatment assistant at night, your duties include care and supervision of the youth. During evening and nighttime, the focus is on maintaining safety, calm and security. You should be a trusted adult who can be available in the evening and at night if someone is anxious or sad. At Hagen, we have a sleeping on-call person who you will work together with. The awake night shift has primary responsibility for everything that arises after the sleeping on-call person goes to bed. If needed, that person is woken. Acute situations may arise that need to be handled, such as incidents and medical visits. As a treatment pedagogue on the night shift, you need to document in our documentation system. This also includes practical and administrative duties such as cleaning during the night. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least two years of post-secondary education, or equivalent education, with a focus on social work, social pedagogy or behavioral science. Experience working with children and youth in vulnerable life situations and good knowledge of legislation in the field is meriting. We are looking for someone who is confident and stable and who has the ability to create calm and security. You are responsible, have personal maturity and good self-awareness.
