Your role as a childcare provider As a childcare provider, you work with care, education, and instruction in accordance with the Swedish National Curriculum for Preschool, Lpfö 18 (revised 2025). You are an important part of the children's daily life and help create a safe, stimulating, and developmentally supportive learning environment where each child is given the opportunity to grow, explore, and learn. In this role, you actively participate in the children's play, learning, and care. You support children in their development, spark curiosity, and create conditions for participation and security. Together with preschool teachers, you plan, implement, and follow up on activities based on the children's needs and interests. The work also includes practical tasks such as meals, rest time, and outdoor activities. The preschool is a traditional preschool facing a reorganization with smaller child groups. This gives you an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to the development of the operation and its methods. Your profile You are a dedicated and responsive childcare provider who builds secure relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You take responsibility for your work, collaborate well with others, and actively contribute to the development of the operation. You are flexible, see opportunities in change, and enjoy taking initiative that benefits children's learning and development. You communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
