There is a strong focus on being outdoors in all weather conditions. We are now looking for you to work as a childcare provider with us, with no requirement for previous experience. The person will be trained on-site. We believe you are at least 18 years old, positive, flexible, and have good patience, and that you can be calm and reassuring with clear boundaries in your actions. The focus is on ensuring the children's best interests to provide them with a good experience at the preschool. You have a good approach toward children, parents, and colleagues.
