The Childcare Provider Role As a childcare provider, you work with care, education, and teaching for children ages 1–5 in accordance with the Preschool Curriculum, Lpfö 18. The work also includes practical tasks such as meals, rest time, and outdoor activities. You have daily contact with guardians and contribute to good collaboration. Conversations with guardians may be part of your duties. The preschool is a traditional preschool that is now embarking on an exciting development journey. Through a reorganization, the operation will work with smaller groups of children, which creates even better conditions for close relationships, safety, and learning.
