DUTIES Would you like a key role in creating a lawful and efficient administration? Then you could be our new administration secretary! As an administration secretary, you are a central link between the administration and the political board. You work closely with politicians, managers, and colleagues and help ensure that our matters are handled correctly, efficiently, and with high service quality. In your role, you support the administrative director with administration, prepare and present matters for decision, and are responsible for ensuring that our processes run smoothly. You also handle matters related to disclosure of public documents, logging, mail handling, and archiving. Additionally, you serve as secretary in both permanent and temporary working groups within the children's and education department. An important part of the assignment is to be the board secretary for the children's and education board and its committees. This means you are responsible for preparing notices, agendas, writing minutes, and expediting decisions. You will also work with issues related to security and preparedness and conduct investigations as needed. Since we are a smaller department, we help each other, and you should therefore be comfortable with having varied tasks and being flexible in your daily work. Kitchen Manager at Preschool
Our cook is on long-term sick leave, and we are now seeking a substitute to manage the kitchen for us during this period. We are unsure of the exact duration at this time, but we anticipate it could extend through the fall term, possibly longer. We want you to have experience with independent kitchen work, including meal planning and ordering. Food pedagogy is important to us, and previous experience working with children and/or in preschool kitchens is a merit. Familjelyckan is a small parent-run cooperative with a strong focus on highlighting each child's individual abilities through a combination of sibling groups and age-based organization, guided by a supportive pedagogical team. Here you will meet with high confidence in your abilities and good opportunities to work together with colleagues to shape our activities. As a parent cooperative, close collaboration with parents is important to us. Parents do not work in daily operations but contribute with cleaning, maintenance, and similar tasks. Familjelyckan is both a preschool and after-school program, which means children can join us when they are ready for preschool and remain under the guidance of the same pedagogical team as long as they need childcare. The preschool operates out of its own villa with 2-3 pedagogues on each floor. After-school is a separate unit with two pedagogues in another location, but we combine operations during the first and last hours of the day. As our kitchen manager, you will become part of the team, eat meals together with the children, and are welcome to contribute to developing our food pedagogy based on your experience and ideas.
