About the Role ProfilGruppen is seeking a driven and responsible HR Partner. In this position, you will have an inspiring and development-oriented role working broadly within HR with a focus on operational support to our department managers. You will work closely with the business and department managers with responsibility for: • Operational management support regarding, for example, skills planning, agreement interpretation, labor law, and rehabilitation. • Independently driving, training, administering, and improving HR processes and matters. • Leading company-wide HR projects, such as training programs or health-promoting activities for all staff. • Labor relations and negotiations. As an HR Partner, you will be part of a small team where you have a central and driving role. You have freedom to plan your day, but changes and reprioritizations happen frequently—something you enjoy. You will report to the HR Manager, who is based in Åseda. Your Profile You have an academic degree in HR or equivalent education or relevant work experience. You have several years of practical experience in operational HR work, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
