JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a contact person, you work on behalf of Uppvidinge Municipality. Your primary tasks are to be a good friend and human being. Together you will shape what you do during your regular meetings. For example, this could involve meeting and playing games/football, taking a walk, talking about life, going on outings, going to the cinema, or perhaps watching a match. QUALIFICATIONS For this assignment, you need to have knowledge of how to interact with people with autism. We prefer a young man between 18-25 years old. Perhaps you're in upper secondary school and need extra income while wanting to make a real difference for another person? It is important that you are positive, engaged, responsible, and have good interpersonal skills. You need to be able to take initiative in planning activities, maintain agreed-upon routines, and be responsive to the young person's needs and wishes. You should be flexible and able to adapt to the person you work with. We want you to view this assignment as long-term. We warmly welcome your application! Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement. Working hours: The assignment involves one meeting per week. If you become a candidate for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record register. The Municipal Council has decided that all new hires must present a criminal record extract before employment. The extract that must be shown is the one for work in schools or preschools.
