HR Manager at WIP Industries Sweden AB in Åseda! We are looking for a motivated and personable HR Manager to join our team at WIP Industries Sweden. WIP Group is a corporation headquartered in Åseda, in the heart of Småland, consisting of several different companies. The corporation has six owners who have all worked in the company since its inception and have a strong connection to Åseda. WIP companies were founded in 2007 and have completed many large projects around the world. WIP Industries Sweden manufactures and delivers interior details to an international furniture company. Through hard work and extensive investments, WIP Industries Sweden is a leader in its industry when it comes to efficient production of stainless steel products. The entire process utilizes the absolute latest technology and we have implemented several innovations that are completely unique in the industry. Thanks to our well-run and innovative production, we manufacture 3,800,000 products per year, and the products are then delivered to Europe and North America. Your responsibilities You are an integral part of the company's management team and you have an advisory role in all personnel-related matters. You recruit and hire new staff, prepare employment contracts, monitor and evaluate staff performance, handle personnel issues and conflicts, plan and conduct personnel training, and work with personnel administration such as payroll, time registration, pension issues, and benefits. You have an advisory role toward both employees and managers and you are involved in strategic personnel planning processes as well as operational and strategic business objectives. Likewise, work environment and health issues and staff care are important parts of your daily work. The work tasks vary greatly and you should occasionally have a good ability to adapt when the business requires it. You are offered a role with significant influence in a company with strong growth. Key responsibilities: • Independently lead, drive, and develop HR work • Independently drive processes within labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation • Create a good collaborative climate within the company and between labor unions, municipalities, and other stakeholders • Develop policies and guidelines • Implement decisions from the management team • Initiate annual activities such as orientation, training, salary mapping, employee conversations, etc. The ideal candidate has • Good experience as an HR generalist or equivalent • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Ability to independently take on challenges and suggest activities and projects • Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing • Good knowledge of the Office suite Merits for the position • Education in HR, personnel, and labor law • A desire to understand the business, forward-thinking, analytical, and the ability to challenge the company in a calm and pedagogical manner • Experience with HR payroll time systems, Hogia Lön+, TIDOMAT, or equivalent Application We accept your application, CV, and personal letter via email: [email protected] We place great emphasis on personal suitability and will conduct continuous selection throughout the application period; therefore, the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
