Uppvidinge Cultural School is located in Åseda and is a relatively small cultural school that offers a wide range of subjects and activities. At the cultural school, we are passionate about giving all children the experience of joy in expressing themselves through music, visual arts, dance, and theater. The cultural school's vision is to be a meeting place for cultural experiences. We provide instruction at all of the municipality's elementary schools. 1 position(s). DUTIES • Teach children and young people dance. • Independently, and together with colleagues, plan and conduct instruction, performances, and public programs. • Participate in a work team to develop a relevant and inspiring cultural school for children and young people. Instruction both at the cultural school and at our elementary schools. QUALIFICATIONS • Have dance teacher training or education/experience deemed equivalent. • Have thorough knowledge of various dance styles. • Have documented experience teaching children and young people and leading groups at different levels. • Have solid dance background. • Have good IT skills. Driver's license is required. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-08-11 or by agreement. Working hours: Scheduled.
