Testing Specialist

Manufacturing includes all stages from casting through to finished product. In addition to core production operations, the site also houses a distribution center, finance department, product development, IT, HR, and more. We are now looking for our next Testing Specialist to join our existing team in Emmaboda. Job Description As a Testing Specialist, you play an important role in providing technical support for all testing equipment at our production site in Emmaboda. It is a varied position where you are involved in several different processes related to testing our pumps. This includes, for example, planning and conducting customer visits, documentation and monitoring of testing statistics for pumps, conducting training sessions for internal departments, procuring testing equipment, and developing relevant internal procedures for testing work. You are also the system owner for our testing software. You will be part of our quality department and become the third testing specialist on the team. You report to the site's Quality Manager. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with varying work days in terms of both pace and tasks, and who has the ability to drive multiple processes forward in parallel. The role includes both external-facing and administrative tasks, and it is important that you enjoy this variety.
