About the Role As a Personal Service Technician at Brandt, you'll work with some of the world's most renowned automotive brands - Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co, Renault, and Dacia. You play a key role in the customer experience, from initial contact through service completion and payment. You're responsible for troubleshooting, service, and customer contact – you're the customer's personal point of contact throughout the entire process. In our workshop, we operate according to VPS, which means two personal service technicians collaborate on every lift - shared responsibility for vehicles and customers. Who Are You?
