About the Role As a Personal Service Technician at Brandt, you'll work with some of the world's most renowned automotive brands - Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co, Renault, and Dacia. You play a key role in the customer experience, from initial contact through service completion and payment. You're responsible for troubleshooting, service, and customer contact – you're the customer's personal point of contact throughout the entire process. In our workshop, we operate according to VPS, which means two personal service technicians collaborate on every lift - shared responsibility for vehicles and customers. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is meticulous, dedicated, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner, follow procedures, and adapt easily when plans change. You have a positive mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and always put the customer first. We'd love to see experience with modern automotive technology and a strong passion for vehicles. Qualifications ✅ High school diploma - preferably in automotive technology ✅ At least a B-class driver's license ✅ Strong computer skills ➕ Experience in similar work is a plus Terms This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
