Assistants Needed for a Great Guy in Stora Leverne

We are now urgently seeking assistants for hourly shifts and possibly some fixed shifts for a wonderful and cheerful 30-year-old man with autism and epilepsy who lives in his own home with his cat. We work 24-hour shifts with some sleeping on-call/standby time. The client receives support with daily routines and household chores, and we accompany him on various outings and enjoyable activities! Since the client has epilepsy and autism, we would prefer that you have experience with these conditions. What we hope you have: Experience working in healthcare, care, or personal assistance is a merit. Knowledge of autism and/or epilepsy is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. B-class driver's license and access to a car are required. Tolerance of pet animals since the client has a cat. What you have/are: Calm, trustworthy, and responsible. Attentive and flexible. Proactive and engaged in your work. Enjoys active work and social interaction. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
