The Customer is a happy and energetic 7-year-old seeking an engaged personal assistant who wants to support him in daily life and contribute to an active, safe, and fun existence. About the Customer: The Customer has extensive cerebral palsy and lacks verbal speech, but expresses himself clearly through facial expressions and humor. He needs support in all aspects of his daily life; personal care, mealtimes, transfers, activities, and some medication management. He loves when things happen and appreciates social interaction, music, singing, and movement. Despite his significant mobility limitations, he thrives best when he can be active with the help of various assistive devices. He participates in swimming training, attends a parasports school, swims frequently, and goes skiing in specially adapted equipment when the family is at their vacation home. Who are we looking for? We place great emphasis on personal qualities and commitment. You don't need to have previous experience working as a personal assistant – if you have experience working with people or children, in healthcare or care work, that's a plus.
