JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a special education teacher for the Introduction Program at Högbergsskolan gymnasium. We are looking for you to work as a special education teacher, support mentors, and collaborate with guardians and external partner organizations. We recognize that students' well-being and academic results are connected; therefore, an important part of your daily work will be building relationships, offering motivational conversations, and supporting students in their psychosocial school situation. You have special education expertise and experience working with special support at both individual and group levels. You will be part of the school's student health team to participate in and contribute to health-promoting and preventive work in removing obstacles and difficulties in various learning environments. You conduct pedagogical assessments and design and implement special support. You are a qualified discussion partner and advisor on matters concerning grades and assessment, and you support teachers in their work with accommodations and special support.
