We're looking for you as a licensed nurse with good computer skills and experience in outpatient care. You have specialist training or standalone courses in diabetes. If you have previous experience working in diabetes care, that's a plus. In our clinic, you'll work alongside other professionals. As a diabetes nurse, you'll plan your own clinic hours and conduct follow-up visits/telephone availability. The work also requires educational initiatives with these patients.
