JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now seeking an engaged and self-directed occupational therapist to join our home care team in Northern Karlholmsbruk. As an occupational therapist with us, you will work to strengthen individuals' independence and quality of life in their everyday activities. You will meet people in different life situations and work to promote their ability to manage their daily activities, whether it involves rehabilitation after illness, support for mental health challenges, or adaptations in the home. The work is varied and developmental. Your tasks include activity assessments, planning and implementation of rehabilitation interventions, fitting and prescribing assistive devices, as well as follow-up and documentation in accordance with current guidelines. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals on the team. QUALIFICATIONS Tierp Municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area. If, in addition to our other competency requirements, you also speak Finnish, this could be an asset. Employment type: Permanent position. Working hours: Daytime.
