QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who: • Is educated as a support pedagogue with a 200-hour vocational qualification or has other post-secondary pedagogical education including at least 60 credits/200 hours in the functional disability field • Has experience working with youth in institutional care, secure facilities, schools, social psychiatry, NPF diagnoses, or similar settings • Has good knowledge of intellectual disabilities, autism, and autism spectrum conditions • Has good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written • Has knowledge of digital platforms and experience with documentation You have a calm and professional approach, handle challenging situations with low-affect interaction, and can clearly communicate boundaries and limits with care and respect. Your communication is clear and you understand the importance of relationship-building work with a pedagogical approach. You are consistent and secure in established structures and routines, have good collaboration skills, and are responsible. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
