Job Duties In your role, you will operate one of our 82 checkout stations, where the main task is to scan and process payments for merchandise using the various payment solutions we offer. Working at our checkout lines is social work where you have a great opportunity to influence the customer's overall experience through your service and approach. By providing excellent service, we create value for the customer that increases the likelihood they will choose to return to us. Scope If you are hired for the checkout line, we can offer a schedule with weekends and Friday evenings. Common Friday evening shifts start at 5:30 PM and end at 10:15 PM. Weekend hours vary with longer shifts, typically 4.5–8 hours per shift. There are also shifts available during the fall break.
