About the Position As a summer temporary staff member, your work will involve providing excellent care and support to seniors. You will work from a person-centered approach and will perform the following work tasks: Receive medication delegation from the registered nurse (SSK) Carry out enjoyable activities Handle documentation and incident reports Together with your colleagues, take overall responsibility for planning and distributing work tasks Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; registered nurses (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses Work Hours and Position Level: Varying hours. Days/evenings/weekends/nights. Salary: We apply individual salary determination; other compensation according to collective agreement Start Date: By agreement. Who Are You? We would like you to be a trained assistant nurse or care attendant with experience from senior residential facilities or home care services. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important.
