Tallgläntan is a specialized residential facility with various focuses within elderly care. There are residences for people with dementia, housing for elderly people with mental health conditions, and a short-term care unit. Users come to the short-term unit at Tallgläntan for assessment, rehabilitation, respite care, or palliative care, among other reasons. The short-term unit currently has 30 places. Tallgläntan's short-term unit is an exciting workplace where all work is conducted in continuous collaboration with care staff, case managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. We are now seeking a temporary colleague for our short-term unit, and we hope that you would like to help develop home health care with us in Falkenberg Municipality. 1 position(s). DUTIES As an employee with us, you provide individual and safe care by working in a close relationship with the user and their loved ones, and you see the person from a holistic perspective. You perform certain medical care duties as delegated by a nurse. As part of daily work, you will work in Intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system. To succeed in this role with us, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for helping to deliver elderly care of the highest quality. Good treatment is crucial to us. We work in teams around the user with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and an activities coordinator to provide health-promoting care of very high quality. This also means you have reliable support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles. Part of the position will include shared shifts, which means you may occasionally be assigned to work shifts at another residential facility or with other operations we collaborate with in Falkenberg Municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and who can provide documentation from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you are authorized to use the protected professional title. Experience working in dementia care, psychiatry, and/or healthcare and BPSD is a merit. Computer skills are desirable. You should be responsible, flexible, easy to collaborate with, and focused on the users' best interests. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience from short-term care facilities is desirable. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
