From here, services are delivered in payroll, HR administration, and HR support. As a payroll specialist at Lantmännen, you are responsible for payroll handling for both salaried employees and hourly workers. You work independently throughout the entire payroll process and ensure correct and quality-assured salary delivery in accordance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines. In the role, you will, among other things: Manage the entire payroll process from registration to payment Work with controls, reconciliations, and quality assurance Handle pensions, insurance, and benefits Interpret and apply collective agreements, laws, and regulations Provide support to managers, HR, and the business on payroll and agreement matters Participate in audits, quality checks, and reporting Contribute to improvement work, digitalization, and process development You will become an important part of the team and take on a role where structure, accuracy, and service are in focus. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent experience, as well as several years of experience in qualified payroll work. You are confident in the entire payroll process and have good knowledge of Swedish payroll handling, employment law, collective agreements, and pensions. You have good skills in the Office suite. If you have experience from larger organizations or working with multiple collective agreements, that is a merit. The same applies to experience with Workday, SoftOne, or SD Worx. As a person, you are independent, organized, responsible, and thorough. You enjoy combining administration with service, find collaboration easy, and are used to prioritizing when the pace is high.
