Woman Who Loves Baking and Flea Markets—Personal Assistant, Substitute Position in Flen
DVT Assistans has been working since 2005 to create everyday flow for both our customers and our assistants. We do this by offering personal assistance built on commitment, respect, and care—something that makes a real difference for customers, family members, and our employees alike. We are an employer who values our staff. With us, you work under safe and good working conditions, with a collective agreement, occupational pension, and wellness allowance as a natural part of your employment. For us, it's important that you as an assistant feel appreciated, secure, and included. Our core values—Participation, Dignity, and Accessibility—permeate the entire organization and are a living part of our daily work. Today, DVT Assistans employs approximately 350 personal assistants. With us, you get more than a job—you get the world's most important work, where you have the opportunity every day to make a real difference in another person's life. I'm looking for you, preferably a woman who is a bit more mature and enjoys outings and flea markets. I myself am 80+. I'd very much like it if you're good at baking, as I enjoy having coffee and pastries with you. I have a manual lift, so it's helpful if you have experience with transfers, though this is something that can be learned. In the bathroom, I use a Turner for transfers from my wheelchair to the toilet. I have my own car, but unfortunately I can no longer drive it, so it's an important requirement that you have a driver's license and are comfortable with driving. Right now I need you to be available as a substitute during illness and time off, but in the summer weeks 29, 30, 32, and 33 there are several open shifts when our regular staff take their well-deserved vacation. Working hours are daytime, approximately 9–16, seven days a week. I hear somewhat poorly, so you must be clear in your communication. Similarly, it can be difficult to hear what I say, so you must have good language comprehension. Otherwise, I'm a woman with a twinkle in my eye and a great sense of humor... I'd like you to write a personal introduction and also explain why you think you and I would be a good fit. In addition, I'd like your CV and references.
