HERE'S WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INVOLVE Stenhammarskolan – an F–9 school where the heart beats for students, with knowledge and development in focus – has approximately 650 students and is centrally located in Flen. As an elementary school teacher at Stenhammarskolan, you will teach multiple subjects, with a special focus on mathematics and Swedish as a second language. You plan, implement, and follow up on instruction to create a cohesive learning environment for students. Your digital competence is strong and you use technical tools as a natural part of instruction to make lessons more engaging and accessible. You are self-driven and organized in your work, but also see collaboration as a matter of course. By actively working to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, you contribute to all students feeling seen and motivated to learn. With a relationship-focused approach, you collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians to promote student learning. You are part of a professional team where collaboration and collegial learning are in focus. You actively contribute to the school's systematic quality work, participate in meetings and professional development, and work together with your colleagues to continuously improve instruction. Through your commitment and solution-oriented approach, you help create a school where both students and staff thrive and develop. THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT YOU: Have teacher certification with qualifications in Math, Science, Swedish as a Second Language, Swedish, Social Studies, and English (Math & Swedish as a Second Language prioritized) for grades 4-6. Can plan, implement, and evaluate instruction according to Lgr22 with clear objectives and assessment. Can use digital tools in instruction. Have solid knowledge of curriculum documents, grades, and assessment.
