I'm looking for you, preferably a woman who is a bit more mature and enjoys outings and flea markets. I myself am 80+. I'd very much like it if you're good at baking, as I enjoy having coffee and pastries with you. I have a manual lift, so it's helpful if you have experience with transfers, though this is something that can be learned. In the bathroom, I use a Turner for transfers from my wheelchair to the toilet. I have my own car, but unfortunately I can no longer drive it, so it's an important requirement that you have a driver's license and are comfortable with driving. Right now I need you to be available as a substitute during illness and time off, but in the summer weeks 29, 30, 32, and 33 there are several open shifts when our regular staff take their well-deserved vacation. Working hours are daytime, approximately 9–16, seven days a week. I hear somewhat poorly, so you must be clear in your communication. Similarly, it can be difficult to hear what I say, so you must have good language comprehension. Otherwise, I'm a woman with a twinkle in my eye and a great sense of humor...
