WORK TASKS We are looking for a medical secretary and an important piece of the puzzle for our mobile research team. The team consists, in addition to the medical secretary, of a nurse, assistant nurse, test leader, and physician. Beyond these professions, the unit has a large number of researchers who conduct research based on the data collected by the teams in direct contact with research participants. As a medical secretary, you have a driving role as the hub where many tasks differ significantly from a traditional secretarial position. You work partly in the systems Melior and Pasis. A large portion of the work consists of other administrative tasks. An important part is speaking with research participants by phone to motivate them to participate and attend appointments. In the mobile team, work alternates between Hässleholm, Ystad, and Eslöv. The duration of each location varies between approximately 6 months to 2 years. For commuting to work, it is therefore an advantage to live in a location with good train connections. The employer covers travel costs and part of travel time, but you should be prepared for sometimes long commute times.
