We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Sales Manager Catering who wants to take overall responsibility for our expansive and modern food operations. That's why we're looking for you to help develop our offerings further and create food experiences that exceed customer expectations. 🫒About the Position As Sales Manager Catering, you have overall responsibility for our entire food production and sales within: Catering Hot kitchen Food bar Dish of the day Holiday packages You lead, plan, and develop the operation with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer experience. The role involves both operational work in the kitchen and strategic responsibility for product assortment, campaigns, and concept development. 🫒Your Main Responsibilities In your daily work, you are responsible for leading and coaching the team and ensuring efficient production with high quality. You drive sales forward and actively work to develop attractive offerings that meet customer needs. An important part of the role is working with product assortment development based on seasons and current trends, while you manage orders, budgeting, and tracking key metrics. You also ensure inspiring displays in the store and that all food safety and hygiene procedures are carefully followed. 🫒About You You want to drive change and have experience in a leadership role in restaurants, catering kitchens, or grocery retail with a genuine interest in food, trends, and modern concepts. You are business-driven and have a good understanding of sales and profitability, while being organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working at a fast pace. As a person, you are a clear and engaged leader who motivates and develops your team, and you have the ability to combine creativity with an efficient work approach.
