That's why we're looking for someone who wants to develop our offerings further and create food experiences that exceed customer expectations. 🫒 About the Position As Sales Leader Catering, you have overall responsibility for all our food production and sales within: Catering Warm Kitchen Food Bar Dish of the Day Holiday Packages You lead, plan, and develop operations with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer experience. The role involves both hands-on kitchen work and strategic responsibility for assortment, campaigns, and concept development. 🫒 Your Main Responsibilities In daily operations, you're responsible for leading and coaching the team while ensuring efficient production with high quality. You drive sales forward and actively work to develop attractive offerings that meet customer needs. An important part of the role is working with assortment development based on seasons and current trends, while also managing orders, budgeting, and tracking key metrics. You also ensure inspiring product displays in the store and that all food safety and hygiene routines are carefully followed. 🫒 We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to drive change and has experience in a leadership role within restaurants, large kitchens, or grocery retail with a genuine interest in food, trends, and modern concepts. You're business-driven and have a good understanding of sales and profitability, while being structured, solution-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you're a clear and engaged leader who motivates and develops your team, with the ability to combine creativity with an efficient work approach.
