Hotel Stensson is a personalized hotel in the heart of Eslöv. We are now seeking a breakfast supervisor who wants to become an important part of our team. About the Position You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving the hotel's breakfast buffet. You ensure that the buffet is well-stocked, inviting, and maintains high quality while greeting our guests with warm and professional service. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook breakfast • Bake and prepare simple breakfast products • Restock and maintain order of the breakfast buffet • Dishwashing, cleaning, and quality checks • Simple preparations for conferences and group events • Guest interaction and hospitality in the breakfast dining area Qualifications To be a candidate for this position, you must have previous experience working with hotel breakfast service and be able to independently prepare and cook a hotel breakfast buffet. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience working with hotel breakfast service • Experience preparing and cooking breakfast buffets • Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written • Ability to work independently Merits: • Hotel experience • Food hygiene certification • Experience in conference or restaurant operations We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is responsible and thorough • Has a natural sense of hospitality • Enjoys working independently • Is flexible and solution-oriented • Loves early mornings About the Position The position is approximately 50% with work mainly in the mornings, weekdays, and every other weekend.
