About the Position The role as a property technician means you are responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of our properties. The role also includes property management, such as outdoor environment and waste facility maintenance. You are responsible for corrective maintenance, monitor media consumption, handle exterior maintenance, and perform operational optimization measures. As a property technician, you are the company's face to the outside, and you play an important role in facilitating our tenants' daily lives. Your Profile You have either previous experience as a property technician or as another type of technician (for example in heating, cooling, plumbing, or electrical). For us, motivation and long-term commitment are just as important as previous experience. You must also hold a valid driver's license and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have previously worked as an employee at a property company, and/or have also worked with control and regulation technology. We would also appreciate it if you have experience working with the Vitec property system, for example the modules Technical Management and Energy Monitoring. As a person, you are comfortable with taking responsibility, both for the maintenance and condition of properties and for tenant well-being. You see the value in planning your work, both independently and with colleagues. This role involves frequent contact with our tenants, so you should have previous customer service experience. You are based in Eslöv; the work area also includes Höör. You are part of a work team with good cohesion consisting of property managers, leasing and administrative managers, and a property manager. You report to the Property Manager in Eslöv. More About the Position In your role as a property technician with us, you are responsible for both technical work in our properties and ongoing property maintenance. The duties include, among other things: Technical work in and around the properties Maintenance of outdoor areas and handling of maintenance reports Cleaning of stairwells, waste facilities, and common areas Removing bulky waste and maintaining lighting Inspections of apartments and move-ins and move-outs Administration Participation in fire safety work and property owner responsibilities Tenant contact .. and last but not least! • Actively contribute to a good workplace environment, which we are all responsible for!
