Job Duties Individual and Family Services (IFO) in Storumans Municipality is seeking a social secretary at 100%. IFO consists of authority-exercising functions and open care services and is led by a operations manager. The authority-exercising functions consist partly of our senior social secretary who is responsible for receiving concern reports and applications, distributing cases and supervising case officers and social secretaries, and partly of our finance and adult case handlers as well as our social secretaries in children, youth and family law. Within our open care services, we can offer housing support/family counselor, open care regarding violence and substance abuse/addiction as well as family support. As a social secretary, you are responsible together with your colleagues for investigating and following up services within children, youth and family law. The work includes investigative and follow-up meetings with children, young people and parents, documentation, and cooperation with our open care services and other organizations and authorities. Otherwise, you are responsible for working towards the service's goals, participating in continuous improvement efforts, and contributing to job satisfaction and maintaining a good working environment.
