Mechanic / Service Technician Location: Storuman. Scope: Full-time | Start: By agreement About Us – Vattudalens Fisk For over 15 years, Vattudalens Fisk has conducted sustainable farming of noble fish, primarily rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), in the clean and cold waters of Jämtland. Our operations combine traditional craftsmanship with innovation and research – we collaborate continuously with both Swedish research institutes and industry organizations. Our facilities are located in hydroelectric reservoirs, which places special demands on our expertise, technology, and understanding of environmental conditions. We're Looking for You – Mechanic / Service Technician We are now seeking a driven and solution-oriented mechanic/service technician who wants to become an important part of our technical team. The position primarily concerns our facilities in Storuman with placement in Storuman. Your responsibilities: Maintenance and repair of marine engines, electric motors, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems Troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical components at our facilities Welding and assembly work (a plus) Mobile position – work at several of our facilities within the group We're Looking for Someone Who Has: Broad experience with technical maintenance and repairs, especially in marine or industrial environments Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and motors A plus: Welding competence and experience with construction Driver's license class B (required) Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility Contact For questions about the position, please feel free to contact: HR: Örjan Hedman – 073-723 91 38 | [email protected] Welcome to meaningful work in a unique environment where technology and nature meet.
