About the School Naturbruksskolan Svenljunga is located on the outskirts of Svenljunga with proximity to nature, forest, and land, and at the same time only about 30 kilometers from Borås. Here we educate tomorrow's workforce in two expanding industries – forestry and nature tourism. The school offers the Agricultural Program at upper secondary level, vocational higher education, and adult education. Naturbruksskolan Svenljunga is a smaller school with appropriately sized classes and room for developing teaching. We are also part of the Agricultural Administration where the Agricultural Schools at Uddetorp, Sötåsen, and Axevalla Equestrian Center are included, so there are colleagues throughout the Västra Götaland Region to collaborate with, and twice a year we all gather for joint administration days. We also have leave accrual, which means we have a 40-hour work week with a flexible time agreement. Your Assignment You will teach biology and possibly another subject depending on your subject combination. As a teacher with us, you are part of a teaching team where you plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching in close collaboration with colleagues. Documentation of student progress in our learning platform and other shared work tasks are part of daily work.
