Cleaning Specialist – Commercial and Residential Cleaning in Svenljunga

Placement: Svenljunga and surrounding area Scope: Full-time Work hours: Daytime Start date: By agreement About the Role We are now looking for a cleaning specialist to join our team for ongoing assignments in both commercial cleaning (offices and other business premises) and residential cleaning (home cleaning). The role suits you if you enjoy working with recurring customers, following clear routines, and building long-term relationships through high quality and professional service. You will work at our customers' locations according to planned cleaning schedules. Since many of our assignments are recurring, a service-oriented attitude and the ability to understand customer needs are just as important as thorough cleaning. You are an important representative for Dammråttan and help customers feel confident, receive quick feedback, and want to continue working with us. Job Responsibilities Your role may include the following tasks: · Office cleaning and facility maintenance for business customers (e.g., kitchens/pantries, bathrooms, meeting rooms, common areas) · Home cleaning for private customers according to agreed-upon procedures and checklists · Quality assurance of your own work (self-inspections) and addressing any discrepancies immediately · Restocking consumables and managing cleaning equipment according to procedures · Customer interaction on-site: clarify needs, provide feedback, and maintain high service levels, communicating with customers based on Dammråttan's core values: "proud, happy, and professional" Other facility maintenance tasks may also occur as needed, based on customer requests and seasonal requirements. Work is performed primarily independently, though you may occasionally work in small teams. You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring cleaning meets agreed-upon quality standards, following procedures, and communicating professionally with customers and colleagues. Required Competencies and Experience This position requires prior experience in cleaning/facility maintenance and comfort working with recurring customers. We especially value a strong service orientation and taking responsibility for ensuring customers always receive service and results that meet our quality standards. To perform the work effectively and efficiently, you need: · Experience with commercial and/or residential cleaning (experience with recurring customers is a plus) · Ability to work structurally, efficiently, and with attention to detail · Good understanding of materials, surfaces, cleaning products, and ergonomic work practices · Strong service mindset: you are attentive, solution-oriented, and keep customers informed when needed · Reliability and punctuality – you follow schedules, procedures, and deliver consistent quality over time Your Profile At Dammråttan, we work as a team where collaboration and responsibility are key.
