The work includes clinic visits, home visits, and digital consultations. As a new employee, you will be assigned a mentor who will introduce you to the role. Common conditions treated by our occupational therapists include reduced hand function, pain, stress-related issues, and mental health challenges. Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other organizations. We work closely with Närhälsan rehabilitation clinics in Svenljunga and Tranemo, and part of this position includes staffing these clinics during acute and/or planned absences. You and your colleagues work together with your manager on ongoing improvement and development of the operations. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is valued, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. We are looking for someone who is willing to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing and planning your work efficiently based on set goals.
