Here, the workforce of tomorrow is trained in two expanding industries – forestry and nature tourism. The school offers the Agricultural Program at the upper secondary level, vocational university, and adult education. You will be part of and collaborate with other instructors in your work team and at the school. The work also involves external contacts such as apprenticeship visits and contact with students' guardians. There are also opportunities to engage in projects and exchanges or participate in various projects through our competence center. The instructor role gives you the opportunity to combine professional expertise with pedagogical work. You will be an important person in creating good conditions for students' future lives. Qualifications We are seeking someone who is a Forest Engineer/Game Manager or has equivalent education or competence. You will have access to modern technology and are expected to use it in your teaching. You are or have the qualifications to become a certified vocational instructor for upper secondary school. You have a strong interest in teaching young people and want to ensure that all students have the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You are pedagogically inclined and can meet students both individually and in groups. You are flexible, goal-oriented, and take your own initiative. You are skilled at collaboration and have a professional approach. Since you will be part of a work team with various subject competencies, we would appreciate it if you can work in an interdisciplinary manner to create a cohesive experience for students. Requirement: Class B driver's license (manual transmission). Class BE/D/E licenses are advantageous. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
