We need summer substitutes for weeks 25-32, possibly longer. Introduction will be provided before the position begins. Recruitment is ongoing through this listing. Functional Support Services units we offer: LSS housing LSS leisure activities Personal assistance Residential support Job Responsibilities Work as a personal assistant includes helping individuals with personal hygiene and household management, including firewood stacking and lawn mowing where applicable. The day is structured together with the individual, who is motivated to participate actively in their own life and leisure time. Duties at certain units also include healthcare tasks delegated by nurses. As a residential support worker, you assist individuals in structuring their own homes. Documentation is a requirement and is done digitally. Qualifications We are seeking someone with care training or experience from care work, or other experience that the employer deems relevant. You must be at least 18 years old and speak Swedish fluently enough to communicate with clients and colleagues and to document as required by the organization. Driver's license (Category B) and access to your own car are advantageous for traveling to/from the workplace, which may be located in rural areas. Basic computer skills Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We see that you are social, attentive, able to work independently and in a team. You should center the client's needs and demonstrate professional conduct toward clients, relatives, and colleagues. Other Information Work is scheduled for day/evening/night/night duty within personal assistance, as well as weekends. Interviews and hiring occur on an ongoing basis.
