You will work with person-centered care and documentation. You will perform delegated healthcare and nursing tasks. Your work will be based on care plans created in consultation with the client. Service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping are also included. Your work should be carried out from a salutogenic approach. Physically demanding transfers may occur in the work and require good physical ability. It is therefore very important that you take responsibility for your own health.
