Your role will be central in the implementation of technically complex construction projects – often in sensitive environments such as laboratories and hospitals. The company has its office in Rönninge, but work takes place mainly on construction sites around southern Stockholm. Travel to other locations may occur as needed. We'd be happy to share more information about the business at a personal meeting. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with good experience in leading construction projects, preferably in environments with special requirements such as laboratories or healthcare facilities. We place great importance on personal qualities, but we'd like to see that you have: - At least 5 years of experience in construction site management - Experience managing multiple parallel, technically complex projects - Previous experience with construction management in laboratory and/or hospital environments - Good IT skills and comfortable with digital tools - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Valid driver's license (Category B) Meritorious: - Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or equivalent - Experience with budgeting and cost estimation We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented leader who enjoys responsibility and has a natural drive. What does the role entail? As a site manager, you are responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on work in ongoing construction projects, often in sensitive and technically demanding environments. Your main areas of responsibility are: - Planning and management of daily work in multidisciplinary projects - Continuous dialogue and collaboration with crew leaders and project management - Production control – both of your own personnel and subcontractors - Schedule planning, resource planning, and financial follow-up - Conducting quality inspections and handling any deviations - Ensuring projects are carried out according to company procedures and objectives - Active work with quality, work environment, environment, and safety - Responsibility for ensuring that applicable safety regulations are followed at the workplace You will work closely with both project managers and the production team. The role offers great variety, where you both work operatively and contribute to long-term development. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, 40 hours per week. Overtime is possible and compensated according to applicable agreement. This is a recruitment for a permanent position, starting by agreement. The process includes a background check comprising an extract from the public criminal record as well as a check of financial stability.
