We are now seeking a personal assistant who, after a trial period, wishes to transition to a permanent schedule. We are looking for a calm and responsible assistant who can work varied shifts on weekdays and weekends with times scheduled between 10 AM–6 PM and 6 PM–10 AM. There are 6 hours of night duty, so this should not be an obstacle. You will start as an hourly substitute. Who are we looking for? You are empathetic, responsible, and have strong physical ability to perform transfers. You are proactive, social, and customer-focused. You need to understand and speak fluent Swedish. You must have a manual driver's license as the client has a private car that may be used for work purposes. You should not be allergic to cats as the client has a cat in the home. About the client The client is a 56-year-old woman. She needs help managing her household, including cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, shopping, and more. Your job is to do what the client would do herself without her disability, without taking over tasks that she can perform herself. She prefers that you are a woman over 25 years old. You should be residing in or near Rönninge/Salem to be available even on short notice. Prior experience working as a personal assistant is a plus. It is highly desirable if you enjoy Asian cuisine and nature. We welcome your application!
