DUTIES As a development resource, you will work both operatively and strategically with our systematic quality work as well as other development and improvement processes. You will be part of a development team led by an operations developer where assignments are distributed based on competence and operational needs with children and students' best interests in focus. Work takes place in close collaboration with administration management, principals, and operational management teams. An important part of the role is to ensure that operations work in accordance with governing documents and to drive development where improvement needs are identified. In the role, you are responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting materials to support decision-making and development. You follow up on how operations work based on governing documents, guidelines, and policies and identify improvement needs. You serve as support to principals and operations managers in systematic quality work and contribute structure, analysis, and momentum in various matters and processes. The assignment also includes coordinating work and follow-up as well as monitoring the external environment within the education sector. We are looking for someone with strong analytical abilities who can identify patterns, causes, and improvement needs. You have good understanding of how governance and follow-up work in public operations and can translate this into practice.
