The Learning and Culture Administration in Nybro Municipality operates preschools, pre-primary classes, primary schools, adapted primary school, school childcare, upper secondary school, and municipal adult education including Swedish for immigrants and special education for adults. Within the administration, there is education in glass craftsmanship through Riksglasskolan in Pukeberg as well as commissioned training and vocational higher education. The Learning and Culture Administration also manages libraries, cultural schools, cultural centers with cinema, youth center activities, and general cultural matters. The Learning and Culture Administration has just over 850 employees and an annual budget of approximately 580 million kronor. The administration is organized into operational areas, each led by an operational manager for preschools, primary schools, upper secondary school, and adult education respectively, as well as for the culture unit. We are now looking for a results-oriented and operationally engaged development resource who wants to contribute to strengthening quality, governance, and development within the Learning and Culture Administration. With us, you will have a central role where you work close to administration management and operations, with focus on analysis, structure, and implementation—always with the operations' best interests in mind. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a development resource, you will work both operatively and strategically with our systematic quality work as well as other development and improvement processes. You will be part of a development team led by an operations developer where assignments are distributed based on competence and operational needs with children and students' best interests in focus. Work takes place in close collaboration with administration management, principals, and operational management teams. An important part of the role is to ensure that operations work in accordance with governing documents and to drive development where improvement needs are identified. In the role, you are responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting materials to support decision-making and development. You follow up on how operations work based on governing documents, guidelines, and policies and identify improvement needs. You serve as support to principals and operations managers in systematic quality work and contribute structure, analysis, and momentum in various matters and processes. The assignment also includes coordinating work and follow-up as well as monitoring the external environment within the education sector. We are looking for someone with strong analytical abilities who can identify patterns, causes, and improvement needs. You have good understanding of how governance and follow-up work in public operations and can translate this into practice. Work in a changing area where flexibility and responsiveness are important qualities. You are someone who makes things happen in good cooperation. You drive assignments forward and toward goals, while working in a structured manner and creating clarity for others.
