You have good knowledge of governing documents, school law, and curriculum and can implement these in practice. The role requires that you are skilled at structuring your work, prioritizing, and creating order even in a dynamic environment. You need to be able to both drive and lead yourself, take initiative, and work independently when needed. Beyond this, you have competence in financial planning and administration, and you can follow up on budgets and resources in a sustainable way. You are experienced with systematic quality work, analyzing results, and driving improvement processes. Your communication skills are strong; you are clear and attentive in dialogue with staff, students, guardians, and external stakeholders. You see possibilities in change and have the ability to lead the school through development in a structured and inclusive way.
