Björkgården Dementia Care is a care and support operation where the residents' wishes and needs are always at the center. We have just renovated our facilities and improved the environment to better suit our operations. Through Kamprad Foundation's support, we have provided dementia care training for all staff, and our operation has been Silviahem certified since March 2024. DUTIES Together with other staff, you are responsible for planning and carrying out person-centered care work where quality and security are in focus. We work based on a contact person model, which means that the care we provide always starts from each individual's needs and conditions. A warm, respectful, and professional approach to our residents and their relatives is a natural part of your work. The position includes documentation in our system Combine. We use schedules with day and evening shifts as well as weekend work four times in ten weeks. QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, you need the ability to see the person behind the dementia diagnosis and find different ways to give everyday life and living a special touch and a sense of meaning for the residents. You are flexible, thorough, and responsible in how you carry out your tasks and have a good ability to prioritize and plan your work, both individually and together with your colleagues. You need to master Swedish in speech and writing, as this is important for both documentation and communication with our residents and their relatives. You must be a trained nursing assistant, and we would like to see that you have several years of experience in dementia care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
