Examples of work tasks: Be responsible for operational procurement related to daily operations at the facility. Procure maintenance materials, industrial parts, and other supplies. Work closely with production and logistics to ensure the right material in the right place at the right time. Handle orders, follow-up, and delivery monitoring. Collaborate with employees out in the business and internal functions. Place call-offs in procurement systems and other systems related to procurement and administration. Support the business with procurement-related questions and find practical solutions in daily work. Contribute to developing and building up the local procurement work at the facility. Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers regarding prices, deliveries, and procurement needs. Be present in the business and create close collaboration between procurement and production. We would like to see that you have: Experience in procurement within industry, production, or manufacturing. Understanding of operational procurement flows and daily operations in an industrial environment. Experience working close to production, logistics, or maintenance. Good administrative and organizational skills. Experience working in business systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize in a high-paced environment. A solution-oriented and unpretentious work style. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different functions. Class B driver's license and access to your own car. It is a merit if you have experience from recycling, industry, or other operations where procurement takes place close to daily production. The work is primarily based in Gävle with presence also at the facility in Katrineholm. Therefore, both a Class B driver's license and access to your own car are required.
