Since 2023, Region Kalmar County, together with nine social welfare departments in southern Kalmar County, has been running an innovative project with integrated individual and family therapeutic treatment in the home. The treatment is aimed at young people between 12–18 years old and their families who need support from both social services and BUP. Our goal is coherent and effective treatment with psychiatric, psychological, and social interventions based on the young person's and family's needs. You will be part of a team consisting of individual therapists and family therapists, where treatment is provided in the environment that best suits the family, which is often in the home. In your role, you focus on the individual's needs and the family's strengths and abilities, adapting treatment interventions accordingly. The work is carried out with support and guidance from a coordinator and in close collaboration with BUP and Social Services. We want you to succeed, and you will be offered continuous supervision in both dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and functional family therapy (FFT).
