The Care Administration is now seeking a nurse with a night shift placement. You will become part of a nursing team where you help each other, exchange ideas, and share experiences and knowledge with one another. Your work includes typical nursing tasks such as medication management, repositioning, catheter changes, advanced home healthcare, and end-of-life care, among other things. In your work, you will meet children, young people, and elderly individuals with various healthcare needs within home care, at care and residential facilities, and within psychiatry/LSS. The work involves significant personal responsibility and varied tasks, which is why it is important that you feel secure in your professional role. You work based on each individual's needs and possibilities. You are offered a full-time position on the night shift. However, occasional shifts per schedule period may be scheduled for evening time. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from municipal primary care. The position requires that you can both work independently and in a team. As a person, you are structured and able to prioritize your work. You are good at getting things done quickly and enjoy driving change initiatives. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
