Hourly Caregivers for Imera Group Home in Morgongåva Imera AB is seeking hourly and holiday relief caregivers for our LSS group homes in Morgongåva. With us, you will find meaningful work where you make a difference for people with complex needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support residents in daily life according to individual needs and care plans.
• Create a safe and respectful environment.
• Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
• Document according to applicable procedures.
• Work may include overnight on-call shifts.
About You:
We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as from a Healthcare and Care Program or specialized education in sociopedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and a valid driver's license class B (required).
Experience in healthcare and care, LSS, or psychiatry is required.
You are calm, stable, professional, and can manage stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental stamina.
