About the Role
In this role, you will work to build and develop long-term customer relationships through proactive customer contact, technical consulting, and sales. You will help customers find the right solutions based on their needs, follow up with previous and existing customers, and create new business opportunities through ongoing dialogue and support.
You will have a varied day where one moment you are booking meetings and providing technical guidance via phone and email, and the next you are working with material procurement and purchasing from existing suppliers. The role suits you if you enjoy taking initiative, building relationships, and working solution-oriented in close contact with customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handle incoming inquiries
Ongoing customer dialogue
Proactive sales
Provide customers with technical support
Material procurement
Administration and order management
Delivery monitoring
We are looking for you who:
Are service-oriented and enjoy extensive customer contact
Have a technical interest
Have experience in technical sales
Are communicative
Have good IT skills
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
