Unit Manager for Two LSS Housing Units

We are looking for a confident, committed, and development-oriented unit manager who wants to create good conditions for both employees and service users. With us, you will have the opportunity to lead two LSS housing units where the individual's self-determination, participation, and quality of life are at the center.
About the Role
As a unit manager, you are responsible for leading, planning, monitoring, and developing two LSS housing units in accordance with LSS regulations.
You have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, finances, work environment, and quality. Together with support pedagogues and staff on the units, you work to ensure professional, individualized, and respectful support for the people living in the units. You will also work closely with our HSL team.
In the Role:
Lead and develop operations based on established goals and applicable legislation.
Manage personnel, finances, work environment, and quality.
Create structure, clarity, and good conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments.
Work closely with support pedagogues who support development and quality work through mentoring, planning, and follow-up.
Collaborate with the HSL team to ensure safe and cohesive care.
Participate in the association's management group and contribute to the long-term development of operations.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant higher education, for example in social work, behavioral science, or health and care.
Several years of experience in management or leadership, preferably within LSS or other care operations.
Good knowledge of LSS, labor law, work environment regulations, and other relevant legislation.
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Driver's license (Class B).
As a person, you are stable, clear, and organized. You are a present leader who creates engagement, builds trusting relationships, and helps people grow. You have the ability to combine clear results focus with care for both employees and service users.
